White Plains Performing Arts Center is a 410-seat professional multipurpose theatre that would be perfect for your next concert, recital or other performing arts program as well as for corporate events, social outings, business meetings or fundraisers.

The fee includes theatre rental and minimum required staff for 5 hours:

    • Production Manager
    • Light Board Operator

$500 each additional hour (All fees are doubled on holidays)

The rental package was created to meet the needs of groups interested in using the theatre, and at the same time allow WPPAC to cover the costs associated with renting the facility.

Rental rates listed are all inclusive and non-negotiable. Basic sound and lighting will be provided. Specific equipment list is available below.
