Everything you need for a great night at the theatre

Before the show+

Confirm the date, time and number of tickets on your confirmation. Our Box Office is open Monday–Friday, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm at (914) 328-1600 if you have any questions.

On show days, our Box Office is open at least 2 hours before the performance.

The doors to the theatre open approximately 30 minutes before curtain time. We invite you to come early to avoid the rush and enjoy a drink or snack at Mayor Joe’s Café in our lobby.

Running time+
Most shows run about 2 hours with one 10–15 minute intermission. If you're paying for parking, budget for 4 hours so you're never watching the meter.
Age appropriateness+
All Mainstage Productions are intended for ages 6+ and is not recommended for anyone under the age of 4. Taking your children to live theater can be quite a fantastic experience but please prepare them on how to behave at the theatre so that everyone attending can enjoy the performance. Young children are encouraged not to attend, not because of content, but because very young children can have difficulty sitting still and keeping quiet throughout full length performances.

If you have any questions or need assistance before the show, we're happy to help. We'd also love to hear your feedback after your visit, so please don't hesitate to email us at boxoffice@wppac.com.

Assistive listening+
Assistive listening devices are available for patrons who are hard of hearing to assist with amplification and clarity of the performance. Headsets and devices, cleaned between each performance, may be obtained at the concession stand. A photo ID and phone number are required to check out the devices. These are first come first serve.
Wheelchair seating+

There are no steps required to reach Rows A–C at the front of the theatre. Row P at the rear of the theatre can also be accessed without stairs by our elevator. House staff will assist you. After that all rows have at least 2 steps per row. If using a walker, or if you plan to transfer from a wheelchair to a theatre seat, you can use your device as far as your seat and you will need a companion or usher to remove it to the outer lobby. There is a specified area for storage by the door which has easy access after the intermission and/or show.

Please note: Seats AA 1 and AA 2 at the front of the house, and Seat P 5 at the rear of the house are considered wheelchair ONLY seats and have an open space for a patron who wishes to stay in their wheelchair. Seats P 102 and 103 as well as seats P 110 and 111, also at the rear of the house, are wheelchair convertible and will have a theatre seat that needs to be removed. If you wish to remain in your wheelchair, please let the box office know in advance of the performance so we can assure that the house is prepared.

Please call the box office with any questions regarding suitable seating for you and your guests. We are more than happy to make suggestions.

Service animals+

Service animals are trained to help with performing a function for a person that is limited by a disability. They are both welcome in our theater and legally allowed under the Americans with Disabilities Act. WPPAC will not request proof of certification or demonstration of a service animal's training, but all service animals and their owners are liable to abide by all WPPAC policies and procedures.

Management reserves the right to request service animals be removed from the premises in the event of uncontrolled, disruptive behavior, including (but not limited to) barking, growling, jumping on other people, or running away.

All other animals, including emotional support animals, are not admittable in the theater to ensure the health and safety of our audiences, artists, staff, and volunteers.

We reserve the right to remove any patron from the theater causing a disturbance to other patrons and the performance.
